Karl whipped up a feast for the crew utilizing the bounty of the Columbia River Gorge and other locally sourced products. BBQ Oysters over fir tips met pickled porcini and ramps, while fiddleheads and morels were blistered over embers to create some of the most exciting and freshest food we’d ever eaten.
